Open House Information

Our Open Houses invite inquiring families onto our campus and into our classrooms. While visiting with us, families have the opportunity to meet our faculty and staff to learn more about Kent School’s curriculum and mission. Kent School is a truly exciting place to learn and grow. Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have after school care?

Aftercare is available for a minimal additional fee Monday through Thursday until 5:30 p.m. and Friday until 4:30. Before school care starting at 7:30 a.m. is available at no additional cost.

Do you have bus service available?

Yes.

Does Kent School have a sports program?

In addition to our Physical Education program we offer a challenging interscholastic sports program for students in grades five through eight. Please see our Athletics page for more details.

Does Kent School offer extra curricular activities?

In addition to our sports program we offer chorus and stringed instrument programs. We also offer chess, science, and French clubs.

What accreditations and affiliations does Kent School have?

Kent School is a member of the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS), and is accredited by the Association of Independent Maryland Schools (AIMS), and is approved by the Maryland State Department of Education.
