It’s Show Time...
Everyone is invited to attend the performances of "Peter Pan,"
Kent School's Class of 2008 Spring Musical, on Friday May 9 and Saturday
May 10, at 7:30p.m. both nights in the Kent School gym. The James Barrie
play features lost boys, pirates, Indians and wonderful songs by Jules
Styne and others. The entire 8th grade makes up the cast, with Willy
Meehan as Peter Pan, Katie Hottel as Wendy, Parker Williamson as John,
Connor Ricketts as Michael, Emily Brookshire as Mrs. Darling, John MacIntosh
as Mr. Darling, Shelley LaMotte as Liza, Stuart Wright as Captain Hook,
Jake Edwards as Smee, Morgan Bench as Tiger Lily, Joe Cusimano as Curly,
Bonnie Bless as Slightly, Ryan Culp as Nibs, Ashley Hollingsworth and
Alex Young as the Twins, Julio Ramirez as Starkey. Taylor Leverage as
Cecco, Lindsay Gilbert as Noodler and Miles Norris as Mullins. Jim Landskroener
is the director and Kate Bennett is the musical director. The performances

The Kent School eighth grade dazzled audiences with two performances ofOnce Upon a Mattress, 2007's spring musical. The performances were held at 7:30 pm on Friday, May 11 and Saturday, May 12, in the Kent School gym. The story is a humorous version of The Princess and the Pea, with music by Mary Rodgers, lyrics by Marshall Barer, book by Jay Thompson, Dean Fuller and Marshall Barer.
