Parents, Teachers, and Friends

The Parents Teachers and Friends organization of Kent School supports the school mission. PTF encourages everyone to become involved with the school in some way. There are many different opportunities to volunteer at the school. One can volunteer a lot or a little, work behind the scenes or chair a committee. New friendships are formed as you work with and get to know the different parents. As the students grow, so do the parents as they to take the journey from Little School to Lower School and onto Middle School.

Volunteering at the school allows one to see the how the school functions during the day. You see the "little extras" that happen at school. You see the respect that the students have for themselves, their teachers, peers and for learning. You will also notice the responsibility that the students have for themselves and each other—older students reading to or just being friends with younger students. Come out and volunteer when and where you can. Take the time to support and enjoy the school. You and your child will be happy that you did.
