Affording Kent School

Kent School is committed to making our tuition as affordable as possible for families who are interested in our school. Over 40% of our current student body receive need-based tuition grants. Grants range from $1,500 to $14,000 and are awarded to families with annual incomes ranging from $20,000 to $200,000.

Families applying for admission in Kindergarten through Grade Eight are invited to apply for financial assistance using our third party platform, School and Student Services (SSS). Kent School uses SSS to process our financial aid applications. SSS will ask you to fill out an online Parents' Financial Statement (PFS). Based on the financial information you provide on this comprehensive form, SSS reports to schools an estimated amount your family can contribute towards tuition. This estimate helps our financial aid committee make a fair and objective financial aid decision.

The SSS PFS is available at http://sss.nais.org/ after November 1. Returning parents must submit an application for financial aid for each year that their child is enrolled at Kent School.
